This versatile jam combines the sweetness of raspberries with the heat, spice, and intriguing flavor contrast of jalapeno peppers. Enjoy it with Brie, Camembert, young Gouda, Jarlsberg and mild Swiss cheeses along with your favorite crackers. It also makes a wonderful glaze over chicken and pork or as an addition to marinades.
