Shipping policy

Orders placed by 1 pm, Mountain Time, will most likely ship the same day, Otherwise we guarantee shipment within 24 hours of the order, with exceptions for busy holiday times and weekends. 

If you desire expedited shipping (Next Day, Second Day), please call us directly and place your order with someone personally so we can be sure to get the order out ASAP.

If you have any questions, call us at 970-949-9080 any time of the day.  If we are unable to answer your call, please leave us a message and we will be sure to get back to you as soon as we can.

We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Mail (USPS Priority, Express, Flat Rate) and will ship the least expensive route unless you have a preference.

Please remember that UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. It is a standard practice of UPS to leave a parcel on the doorstep.  As we all have seen in the news, parcels can get stolen, though it is rare.  

HEAT SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Some of our products are heat sensitive and we recommend that you purchase protective shipping if you are shipping to any areas above 70 degrees. Heat sensitive products are tagged and a warning will appear during checkout if you have purchased any heat sensitive items. We will do our very best to wrap the product in order to prevent this from happening.  We leave this option up to the customer so Mountain Man is not responsible for any melted product that may arrive after shipping. 

Warning: Midwest, Coastal and Desert Regions are NOT guaranteed to arrive in an un-melted state. Trucks and warehouses are are not cooled, so we cannot prevent melting when shipping to states that are 75+ degrees.
