Cowbell skiing is a tradition where spectators cheer on skiers using cowbells, a practice deeply rooted in Alpine history and now a global tradition at winter sports events. The practice began in Switzerland, where farmers would race on skis and their families would use their cows' bells to cheer them on. Cowbells are now a popular souvenir and a way for fans to show their support and excitement. 

These black cowbells were made for the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
