Oogie's Popcorn - Spicy Nacho Cheddar

Inspired by Oogie's favorite chili, they used a zesty combination of hatch and red chili peppers then layered with three different kinds of cheeses, tossed in some spices and ole! One of their favorite comfort meals. Wake up your palate and eat it by the bowlful.
