It has a creamy texture and a sharp, nutty flavor with a hint of sweetness.  It is crafted from 98% milk and other natural flavors, providing a unique and authentic taste that can be enjoyed on its own or used as a flavorful addition to recipes.

The brand will either be Northwoods or Gilman, can be in a triangle form or rectangle form, but all are from Wisconsin and taste delicious! We take whatever we can get!
