Wisconsin Swiss Cheese Bar 4oz

Wisconsin Swiss Bar is a "Shelf Stable Cheese" which does not require refrigeration until opened. Rectangular shaped.  Do not freeze. Best if stored at cooler temperatures below 72 degrees.

Pair with our Elki Gourmet crackers and our Mountain Man Summer Sausage.  

The brand will either be Northwoods or Gilman, both are from Wisconsin and taste delicious! Also may be in the form of a bar or triangle. We take what we can get!
